Inspection at origin.
The inspection at origin is the first step to ensure that products meet the most stringent specifications. Our process includes:
- Evaluation of suitability and quality of the product:Inspection of key aspects such as visual quality, organoleptic characteristics, caliber, brix, labeling, and weight.
- Compliance with international standards: Verification of quality grades (Case 1, 2, Extra) according to customer specifications.
- Accredited sample analysis:We guarantee food safety through certified analysis of pesticide residues, supported by ISO 17025 accreditation from Dr. Lippert Laboratory.
Each inspection is conducted on a minimum of 2% of the sale units (UDV), with the flexibility to adapt to customer requirements. At the end, a detailed and accurate real-time report is generated, allowing the customer to confidently decide on shipping.
QC&G Seal Each batch eligible for the seal confirms its compliance with the relevant quality standards. These batches will qualify for a direct “fast lane” to the shelves, bypassing rigorous inspections.
